Adding a bit of espresso to chocolate sauces and fillings has been a little trick cherished by pastry chefs, so adding a lot of espresso to chocolate filling seemed like a good idea. 

Jon Good snuck behind the counter of the coffee shop where he used to work while the barista was on break, pulled some quality espresso shots, and mixed them directly into chocolate ganache.

Available in boxes of two or eight.

We keep (almost) all our recipes vegan, nut-free, and gluten-free, but these chocolates are made in a facility that also processes meat, dairy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. We clean all surfaces before we start making any chocolate, but we cannot guarantee a total lack of cross-contamination.
